ATV gen 4 hd to ATV 4k gen 2 worth it

I'm having a ATV gen 4 hd, and thinking about upgrading to a ATV 4k gen 2. But I don't know if it'll make a noticeable difference, so it's worth the upgrade. I've only got one streaming service Disney +, which got 4k movies. But will it be noticeably faster?

I did this exact upgrade yesterday. The new Apple TV 4K feels noticeably faster when navigating the UI and opening apps. Browsing apps like YouTube and Music now feels more instant and responsive too.

I’d recommend the upgrade. The original Apple TV 4 (now called HD) was released in 2015 and I feel this is a worthy upgrade for the speed increase alone. This new Apple TV 4K just feels more enjoyable overall.

Yes, I just upgraded from the Apple TV 4th gen HD and the new 2021 4K Apple TV feels much faster and more responsive. Navigating the menu feels fluid. New model is a win win for me, you get the new remote, 4K, faster processor and 4K 60 FPS 60Hz Youtube. The old model was starting to feel dated since I had a 4K TV.

If you have a 4K tv, I would upgrade. In addition to Disney+ which is great, you can try Apple TV.

I upgraded from Apple TV 3rd Generation (non-TvOS ) to Apple TV 4K 2nd Generation. It is great so far except that 4M contents playing showed as HD. Maybe, this is just a display error
