aTV Jerky Playback

I downloaded a 720p movie off the web and ran it through VisualHub to make it playable on my Apple TV. It looked pretty darn good, but playback was jerky, stalling and starting, despite it being on the unit itself (not streaming from my computer). Is there some other way to improve playback?

Open it in itunes and go to the "create appletv version" under the advance tab
Thats the easiest way
