ATV taking 6 Hours to DL Movie !!!!!!

Since upgrading tp Itunes 9, the ATV would not Sync...After restoring and starting from scratch, it now syns fine, but D/Ling You Tube or movies is agonizingly slow...(Have FIOS)..Any ideas...?? :confused:
