Atv vs. Mini vs media pc?

I am setting up my remodeled condo and need some advice.
I will have an 37" LCD in bedroom and 47" LCD in entertainment/living room.
Right now I have a mbp, iTunes with 1tb worth of videos, atv and ps3.
I am gonna keep atv in bedroom, ps3 will go in living room.

My question is this: atv, mini or media pc in living room?

Atv or mini can sync easily with mbp (which will be my hub)
but media pc is like $200.

Atv is easy to use and small

mini will be able to hold everything...

Suggestions?

since you already have an ATV, just get a mini for the living room.
