My Apple Tv (2nd gen) has taken to keep rebooting randomly. Happens in pretty much any app... Netflix, Hulu, PBS, etc. I'm trying to figure out if it is hardware or software (i.e. ******* os version). Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm running 6.2.1 (latest for ATV2).

I'm trying to hold off buying a new one at this time, as I really believe a brand new ATV is coming soon (or I can hope at least). If it is hardware, I guess I can suck it up and buy a new one, but if it's software, then new hardware's not gonna help...

I have been having this same issue for months now. I've restored the apple tv to factory settings. I've re-setup my wireless router. Nothing works....if I launch any of the apps they work for about 30 seconds then reboot.

I can't seem to find any answers online...

I have had random reboot issues occasionally, usually while watching Netflix, but maybe other apps as well. It may go for days and suddenly reboots like it did last night. I have never found any reason or solution.

EDIT: I have noticed that streaming will get jerky not long before it reboots.
