ATV2 music as movies home sharing

Under one of my genres in ATV it lists all my songs along with movies, is there any way to fix this? I have the latest updates on iMac and ATV streaming with Airport Extreme... Just started having this problem lately with no changes to my setup. The songs do not show up in any other genre except action movies. I have reconnected to the network unplugged everything nothing works, in iTunes under movies, action only the movies are showing up with no songs, leads me to believe it's a problem with my ATV's. Thanks for the help in advance.

I figured out the problem, if you name the genre within itunes and use a ' as in kid's movies instead of kids movies you will run into this problem.
