ATV3 with Atlona Matrix Switcher

Just unboxed new ATV3 and tried running though Atlona 8x8 HD matrix switcher. Get sound but no picture. Tried connecting directly to TV and it works fine. Tried downgrading signal to 720p, still no picture through switcher. Apple says nothing they can do. Atlona: can sell me something to in-between the ATV3 and the matrix switcher that "might" work. Currently running TIVO's, DirecTv, Blue Ray DVD, iMac, iPad through switcher and they all work fine. Any thoughts?

The problem your having is a handshaking issue between the ATV3 and the switcher usually EDID.

Atlona HDSync should resolve the issue it goes between the ATV3 and the switcher or the display and this will resolve the issue for sure
By the way, the more sources between the switcher to the display the more EDID issues will rear there ugly head.
