ATV4 and the music app...

I'm trying to figure out how this whole "Home Sharing" thing applies to my new ATV4. For example, I have a ton of music in my iTunes library on my mac mini (which also has Plex). After I turn on Home Sharing on the Mini and the ATV, shouldn't it just show up under "My Music" in the Music app? It seems that the only way I can access it is to go to the "Computers" app, or with the Plex app. Is my iTunes library supposed to show up under the Music app or are they trying to get me to spend more money and buy the iTunes Match?

No, it will appear in computer because you share your music from computer (in this case, a mini). The Music app is where your purchased music are.
It was this way in ATV3 too which admittedly is different than on iPhone.
