ATV4 Changing volume within app

My ATV4 has inconsistent volume, even within the same app. Prominently when I am using Airplay to play music from my iPhone. If it ever works. I get an error -11800 most of the time, thats another issue.

I will play a song, then press the back button to replay it, and it will replay at a completely different volume (louder or softer).

Anyone else experiencing this?

Bump. I'm noticing others on the apple forums are having the same issue of airplaying music to ATV 4 from the music app and getting an error -11800
