I am trying to track down by Apple TV 4's serial number and subsequently the UDID. However when I connect my ATV4 to my mac to find the serial number in iTunes all it says is " n/a "
I have restored my apple tv to factory settings and still it only shows " n/a " for the serial number.
Any idea how to find the UDID or serial number another way or why my serial number is showing up as not available?
