ATV4K with mobile hotspot?

I've searched and can't find any info on whether or not we'll be able to use a mobile hotspot for a data connection with the ATV4K. Notwithstanding the arguments as to why or why not one would/should do this, does anyone know if it will be possible?

Still hoping to one day dump Comcast and use mobile data only. T-Mobile boosted those hopes when it raised its "prioritization" threshold to 50GB the other day.

Not sure why the AppleTV would care...but do you not have a current gen to test this with now? I suspect you'll go over that 50GB fairly quickly, but you didn't want arguments about why this isn't smart

While it's true T-Mobile upped the prioritization threshold to 50gb, mobile hotspot data is still limited to 10gb at 4g LTE speeds with T-Mobile One Plus.

Works with ATV4, although I tethered to my iPhone rather than using a designated mobile hotspot.
