AU Plug-ins in iMovie 11?

Just curious. Is there any way to use AU Plug-ins in iMovie? I have a ton of movies that I would like to restore the audio to. I have some awesome 3rd party Audio Unit plug-ins that I would like to use. But I can't see any option to be able to use them.

I'm aware I could use other programs to edit the audio, but it would be the most simple if I could keep it all in one app.
