Audible to iTunes loses Chapters

I love how Audible has their audiobooks broken into chapters and it works great in the App for my iPad and iPhone, but now I'm trying to listen on my MBP through iTunes but it seems to import it as just one big audio lump and doesn't have the chapters, anyone have an easy fix for this?
