Audio books from library to IPOD touch-WMA

I have read the threads here and none seem applicable. My library has IPOD compatible books, but they are WMA. I bought EasyWMA for my music library (I have yet to see how well it works), however the whole premise is that you have to find it on your computer to move it to the converter box to change to MP3. My library won't allow me to "check out" the book because I don't have the correct applications (WMA reader). Does anyone have any ideas?
