Audio call not working

In FaceTime onOSX when I click make an audio call to a contact I get the error message "Your iPhone is already on a call". It definitely isn't on a call, and hasn't been for awhile. Tried multiple times.

Both devices on same Wifi, same iCloud account, etc.
