I have heard rumors that some Audio CD have Virus like things on them which will run when you put the CD into the computer. Has anyone heard of this? Is it at all true? If so will any of it run on a mac? Thanks

Duff-Man says....unless of course you have just heard about this very old cd auto-start worm/virus from 1998.....oh yeah!
Quite a few CDs are 'copyright protected' these days, which could be what you've heard about.
In Windows machines, if you let them autorun, they install a special 'driver', which stops any ripping software reading them properly. It's not a virus though, because it doesn't spread. I'd call it malware.
