Audio Challenge: Can I speed up or slow down audi clips, FCE4

Hi, I have some voiceover clips that are not exact. Since I am working with young children redoing them is not an option and the original audio is either too quiet or has a lot of unwanted and distracting noise.

So, is there a way to adjust the speed of the clip so I can sync the video clip to the audio clip?
