audio countdown?

i coulda sworn i saw a selection of audio countdowns either in ilife or FCS or maybe even another app, but i cant remember where, nor can i recall if i really saw it or i was dreaming

i have a 10 minute count down to a show and i'd like the last 10 second to be included with audio of a voice counting down, ive searched online there are just no good sound clips for this

any help would be appriciated
