Audio distortions when using ATT LTE and speaker on watch.

I notice when making a speaker call using the AW3 on LTE there is sometimes a strange distortion in the voices. If I call 611 it is always in the same spot where the guys starts speaking Spanish. If I use the AirPods I don't have this issue. I thought it might be a bad speaker but the issue does not happen if I make the phone call using the Apple watch speaker but though the phones LTE connection. It also sound fine playing back voicemails etc through the AW speaker.
