Audio editing app?

Looking for an app that might exist similar to Audacity or Adobe Soundbooth?

Something I can use to edit WAV files, export to MP3 perhaps even. I do a bunch of audio editing on my MBP using SoundBooth. Would be neat if I could do it on my ipad2 while out and about, etc...

There is an app called “iSequence” for the iPad that I particularly like as I can listen to songs and edit tracks/loops.

Looks VERY cool.. but well beyond what i'm looking for ..
