Audio editing question...

I am making a podcast at the moment in Garageband and have come across something i can't figure out.

How do i take a recording and speed up the speed of the song/recording without changing the pitch.
Is there any program that I can use to increase the speed of an audio file.

Transcribe!

Google the program Transcribe! and download the trial. It will let you speed up and slow down without pich change. It may take a while to get used to the program though.
