Audio Equalizer or Adjuster (for example more Bass less treble)

I need to find some sort of program that I can use to adjust the audio properties on my macbook. Like if I want more bass I just adjust a slider or something or if I want less treble I adjust a slider? Any programs like this out there?

I cant adjust the audio with that! Its seems pretty simple I mean I am only looking for a audo equalizer or something to adjust the audio on my computer, for instance add more treble or add more bass!

I don't know of any system EQ for OS X. Usually EQ is part of the app (iTunes, for example). Audio Hijack Pro (~$30) has a built in 10-band EQ, but that's really an added feature. Audio Hijack Pro is primarily used to record audio from a 2nd sound source, but you should be able to use it as system-wide EQ. Try out the demo version...
