audio file conversion

I have a .rmj file (RealPlayer I guess) that I want to convert to mp3 or aac or anything but RealPlayer. Is it possible to do that? What app would you recommend?

as far as i know, no app does this.. you could get Audio HiJack or WireTap and both would record the sound coming from each application.. in this case Real Player and record it to an ACC or MP3 or whatever you want...
