Audio Files Not Found On Garageband???

Hello.....Thanks for looking at this post in advance!

I have made load's of tunes on garageband ...which include lot's of audio samples ..e.g voices that i recorded....but when i load up the tunes it says audio files not found .e.g it reads= audio file ''recording*22.aif'' not found''
can any one help me recover these?????

i haven't a clue why it has done this they was all there visable & working a few days ago????

any one else had this same problem????
