The Logitech Z-5500 system is rock solid. They're the upgraded series of the original Z-680 system that I also purchased, but sold to my parents so I could get these ones. I doubt that there is another system like it for the price. What Logitech sells them for is overpriced. Look on some online retailers' sites and you can find them for much cheaper. I got them from Dell for $270 CAD! The sound is prestine and powerful.

Not to mention the THX certification and support for all audio types (digital optical/coax and 6-Channel analogue). I got these to go with my 'future' iMac. I'm just waiting to see what the update will be before I buy it.

They come with a two year warranty, which is sufficient. I've never had any problems with either set. If you can find them in your area, I would highly recommend them. :)
