Very disappointed. When music or video is paused and then resumed the audio stutters, stops, or no audio comes through the wired headphones at all. The only way to temporarily fix it is to disconnect and reconnect the headphone adapter from the USB-C port. The adapter I’m using is the Apple USB-C headphone adapter. I’m not the only iPad Pro user with this problem so it’s most likely an iPadOS software bug. I bought the iPad Pro exclusively for audio editing and mobile DJ services and the total cost including AppleCare+ wasn’t cheap. This problem is unacceptable.

Which version of iPadOS are you on?

14.6 is out now.
Apple sent me a trade-in kit to send in my old iPad but now its not gonna happen due to the iPad Pro having too many audio issues. Today I had to shut down and restart the iPad Pro because there was no volume sound control at all. Thanks but no thanks to Apple for the trade-in offer. I’m keeping my old iPad for now

Have 2 ipad pro's. I use mine for playing music for a living. I use backing tracks and they are loaded in iTunes. I use a wired connection to my mixer. I use OnSong as my song control program which starts the tracks. One night in the middle of a song an hour after starting, the audio stopped and a loud buzzing noise was on, I also noticed the blue icon on in upper right corner was on like when I first connect the audio cable. It stopped after about 10 seconds and the music came back on in time for the song position as if it kept track of the duration.

It started repeating consistently so I switched to another ipad pro. That one started doing it to eventually, so I switched to my ipad 7 which doesn't exhibit the problem. At first I thought it may be associated with onsong, but tonight before starting I was just playing regular music through Jango and it started doing it also. Replaced with the ipad 7 again and no problems the next 3 hrs till done. So it's only on ipad pro's. $2000 in ipad pro's, so it's not acceptable.
