Audio In to Out stream (eMac)

I was wondering if thee were any freeware apps that can take the audio in and play it out the speakers. My Mac has an audio in port (eMac), i want to play my iPod through the speakers, if that is possible (cant sync, it requires iTunes 10, and im stuck on tiger.)
