Audio Input Live Pitch Change?

Is there any application or add-on that I can use to change the pitch LIVE? I am trying to play an ancient keyboard (piano) that isn't in tune whatsoever. I am wondering if there is anything out there that I can use to fix so I can play to my own music at the same time without having to edit each individual song to match pitch.
