Simple question that I'm sure will be easy to answer, but for the life of me can not remember.
To record mics with my audio interface I have to set the interface as the main driver in Logic Express. I have my monitors hooked up to the audio out of my Power Mac instead of the audio out of the interface for convenience sake. Thus, to hear what I am recording in Logic, I have to switch the main driver to the computer. So, at this moment I am switching my main driver to the interface every time I am recording with the mics, going back into the audio-menu, switching the driver back to the computer to hear what I have recorded.
All I want to be able to do is have my mobilepre set as the input and my monitors (through the comuters signal) set as the output. How do I go about doing this in Logic? Obviously I have my computers audio settings such that the interface is set as the input and the computer outputs all audio to the monitors.
