My dad recently bought a white macbook and is currently having a problem using Nascar.com's trackpass. Everything in the trackpass/pit command loads, but when he clicks to listen to audio it doesn't work and instead loads something saying to install Silverlight. I have already installed Silverlight and Flip4Mac on his macbook, but I still get this message. To make this even more confusing, when I loaded up trackpass on my MacBook Pro with silverlight and Flip4Mac installed everything worked fine.

The settings for Silverlight and Flip4Mac are the same on both machines and we are both using Safari. I checked the help section for TrackPass and it didn't help at all.

Can someone please help me with a possible solution for this? My dad continually calls asking me for help with it, but I have done everything I know to do.
