not sure if this is the right place for this question - and so far I have not had any luck with the tech support of the company itself (nobody seems to speak English and this question is rather hard to articulate, even in English for me!)
XILISOFT has two basic video editing programs I like to use -
a "cutter" and a "splitter"
they work very well, and I would recommend them EXCEPT one major problem:
when I drag a "source" clip in the window to work with, I get NO AUDIO!
no idea why.
this problem only started in using the apps on Mojave, on my older system, the audio played fine.
obviously it's helpful to have the audio track as a cue for where to place the edit / split.
anyone possibly have any idea what's going on, or how to fix this?
thanks muchly!
