Audio jack problems?

I have a 15" macbook pro, mid 2009, and the audio output is such that the jack can easily (and often does) unplug, even though extremely little pressure is applied outwards...
Anyone know about this problem? I'm assuming just general wear and tear.
Also, I'm guessing that to fix this you'd have to replace the output... Is that necessary? Is it even possible?

Michael Teutul: Anything is Possible, it Just takes money.

For us DIYer, this would be relatively easy. Are u a DIYer? dealt with disassembling small parts before? Own tiny tools? ifixit.com is your friend.

If not am sure Apple will be more than happy to fix for a fee.

Necessary? As long as it doesn't bother you.

Say I'd like to learn to DIY, but I'm not fully at the stage where I feel comfortable doing it... (I checked the board where its soldered onto, and it looks really hard to do well...)
How would I go about learning how to do it, and what would you suggest (other than ifixit.com) to a new DIYer?

If you aren't already upto a decent level of soldering, the audio jack probably isn't the best thing to get started on!
