Audio messaging?

I hear the new iOS 8 has a audio messaging feature. Its about time Apple caught up because I remember using such a feature back when I had a blackberry in 2011. Only if Apple would add the volume sound profiles that the blackberry had that would be nice.

Plenty of apps offered this for some time on iOS, this is just Apple adding it to iMessage set of features.
