Audio not working after 6.1.6 upgrade

Just upgraded to 6.1.6 and the audio stops playing after a few seconds and the app crashes, e.g. Music and particularly Podcasts. This is on my 3GS.

Anyone else seeing the same or got any tips?

Very frustrating.
