Audio or Video conference with whiteboard function on Mac?

Does anyone here know a software that allows me to do an audio conference (either with or without video - that's not so important for me), but WITH a whiteboard function, where I can use e.g. a Wacom graphics tablet to draw something on the other guys screen?

(It's OK if the software works only between Macs.)

Thanks for any hint!
