Audio Output in Dock?

I change my audio output between headphones and a sound card multiple times throughout the day. Is there a quick function to get to this without having to go to system preferences>sound>output every time?

I want to click something possibly in the dock that takes me right to the screen shot.

There most certainly is a way to do this.

1. Navigate to: /System/Library/PreferencePanes/
2. Locate 'Sound.prefPane'
3. Drag that item to the RIGHT hand side of your dock
4. Rename as appropriate

Done.

You can also simply option-click the speaker icon in the menu bar and select the desired output directly from there.
