Audio output problem with SightSpeed and an Ipevo free-1 USB Audio device

I have and Ipevo free-1 USB Skype phone, and I also use SightSpeed, but with just the built in mic and speakers(sometimes head phones). Yesterday when I quit Skype, the free-1 driver app thing crashed, and when I started SightSpeed, it insisted on out putting audio through the Skype phone, which it never has before. When I unplug the phone it still puts try to do the same thing, thus has no sound. SightSpeed says it using the system default out put device, but the default is my speakers, and everything else seems to work okay. I've uninstalled and reinstall both the free-1 driver app and SightSpeed and no change. I've also tried to set to out put device from free-1, even the skype output to the speakers, but nothing works. Any ideas on what I can do? By the way, this is all on a MacBook.
