Are there some audio players which enable me to control the speed, like in the old Quicktime? It's a pity that Apple removed this much needed feature. It's also important that the player can play open formats (Ogg, FLAC, …), unlike Quicktime. :mad:

Audacity is an editor and the speed control does not work, never. VLC has no speed control at all. It's useless for me because I want to control the speed while I'm listening. I've just found Vox.

I've used Audacity many times to vary the speed while playing, but not save the changes. It works perfectly every time I do it. Glad you found something that works for you.
