Audio plays from wrong Studio dual display setup

I have dual studio display setup with 15.2 and settings only seem to allow me to play audio from one studio display. If I have youtube video playing from monitor on left it only plays it on the right. Can you set up 15.2 to play audio from the display the chrome window is open in?

This topic has come up before and someone shared a link to a utility that would do this, as well as (if I recall) use both Studio Displays as a "Stereo" setup. I can't seem to find it after a quick search, but I bet if you Google it you will find it.
