Audio recording / Adapters

I have a Sony UWP-V1 lav mic I'd like to attach to my iPhone 6 plus. Is there a recommended adapter? Also is there a way I can use headphones to monitor recording, i.e. split input?

While I'm at it ... I have a canon mic with mini hot shoe. Is there an adapter for this too?
