Audio restoration program

in soundtrack pro 2 theres an audio restoration feature that can automaticly remove cracks and such. I would really use this feature but dont feal like dropping the 1300 for Final cut studio right now. Are there any other programs that will do this? and no i dont mean noise reduction.

Sound Soap 2 ($130 US) can remove clicks and crackles.
