Audio Scrubbing in GB?

I'm new to GarageBand. I want to be able to scrub the audio in a live track backwards and forwards to find the precise edit point. Is this possible in GarageBand. I can do it in iMovie and in FinalCutExpress.
If it's possible in GB, how do I do it?

I wish I knew too, it's called audio skimming, or scrubbing. It has it in iMovie, but not GB as I know.
