Hi guys.

I recently replaced the battery on my iPhone 6S Plus but after i put it all back together again i noticed the front camera/earpiece/proximity sensor wasn't working. I think i must have accidentally damaged the ribbon cable while replacing the battery...

Anyway, i order a replacement camera/earpiece/proximity sensor (£6 eBay) and fitted that. Now the camera/earpiece/proximity are all working, but i noticed that when i make a video using the front camera, the audio has some static over it. I can hear what is being said but there is some background static that wasn't there before. I checked to see if there was any static using the rear video camera but there is not.

I've done a hard reset and nothing changed. I tried turning the phone noise cancellation on/off, but no change.

I hope i haven't damaged the new camera/earpiece/proximity sensor i just fitted.

Hoping someone has came across this before....
