Audio to both TV and AirPods?

I have a mild hearing impairment and my wife and I prefer vastly different TV volumes. I watch most content on an AppleTV 4k. I can easily switch the audio to go through my AirPods, but then the TV sound stops and my wife can't hear. Is there any way to output sound through both AirPlay (to the pods) and through HDMI (to the TV speaker) at the same time?
