audio / video out of sync on jailbroken apple tv

Hi,
I have Jail-broken apple tv 2g running Plex. I recently added the iplayer plug-in to Plex and have these two issues:

1- it kind of take a long time to the inlayer to come up..
then..

2 - the video and the audio is out of sync. Really annoying to watch.
I have added iplayer to the Plex through the library folder on my mac book pro as a zip file.

Any help would be much appreciated! thanks
