audio/video recording

hi all,

I recently switched to mac from a decade long relationship with Windows. With a new macbook in hand, I am looking to know if there is any good audio/video recording software bundled with mac os X tiger 10.4.8/9 ?.

I am looking to record my team meetings with built-in-iSight + mic without any additional mic attached. How good that would be ?.

Are there any free 3rd party audio/video software available ?.

iMovie is able to record both audio and video. I'm not sure how much space it will take up though.
