Audiobook Stops Half Way Through?

I have an audio book that I downloaded and works fine on iTunes and works fine on the iPhone for a while. However, it got to a new chapter in the Audiobook and suddenly doesn't play. Just sits on zero as if it were playing.

I would say this would be a just a problem with the file or that I need to re-install it but this happened on my girlfriends iPhone also recently as though it was an OS problem.

Is anyone else having the same issue?
