Audiobook syncing problem

Purchased first audiobook from Itunes - when I select sync audiobooks I get the message "The iPhone "x" is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library." New Windows 7 PC and new iTunes (same account) about 6 months ago w/o any problems until this. Iphone 4 os 4.3.5 Itunes 10.4.1.10
How can I sync my audiobook purchase w/o erasing everything?
