iPod Audiobook troubles

downloaded audiobook but wont go into audiobook folder on ipod yes i changed the genre and that did nothin

Where did you download it from? What does the extension say (.mp4, .mp3. etc.)?

The ending needs to be .m4b, (you can change this by choosing the song file and altering the ending from .m4a.) This will put it in the audiobook section and also enable the 'remember playback position' automatically.

no ending on it either, changed it anyway and it still does nothing
