Has anyone experienced the problem with audiobooks not syncing across all the devices? I'm on 10.11 beta 3 and on iOS 9 beta 3 on iPhone.

Maybe this has been disabled in the beta versions of both OS's you are using?

Does this happen on the non-beta versions of the software?
Apparently betas are stable enough so I'm running it on all my macs and iPhone.

Sounds like this is something you should be reporting to Apple through the established beta feedback mechanism. It may be intentionally disabled, or it may be a bug. If it's not on the listed known issues (on the beta download page), it's worth reporting.

My audiobooks syncs but I have to pick them one by one in iTunes. When I choose sync all its screwed up. But I have 120 audiobooks, If I pick 119 of them manually no probs.

They show up in iBooks on my iDevice though but that's fine.

When you picked them up manually did you pay for them again?
